The Luxurious Great Hall is the largest of our rooms and can host groups of up to 250 guests for a plated meal or 350 guests for a cocktail reception. It is a wonderful space for any large party including wedding celebrations and special events.
The Nest is ideal for private gatherings of up to 60 guests. This charming space is conveniently equipped with full A/V capabilities, glassed in wine cellar, and a balcony overlooking the 18th green and Swan Lake.
Located on the main floor, our Executive Boardroom is available for meetings of up to 12 people and fully equipped for all your A/V and Telecom needs. Available all year round, it is the perfect place to strategize before you adjourn for fine dining in lago and/or golf on 18 world-class holes.
Modernly appointed, The Dufferin Room can seat up to 14 guests in luxury with your own private bar and washroom facilities. State of the art audio visual equipment compliments the space.
It is the perfect place to relax and unwind before or after your golf game. It is also an ideal location for private functions including stags, bridal showers, birthday parties and similar social events. With our attentive service, mouth-watering menu and assortment of domestic and imported beverages, Jim & Garry's Pub is sure to please.
Please note, Jim & Garry’s Pub in the lower level is closed due to COVID for the 2021 golf season. However, Jim & Garry’s Pub food is available in the lago restaurant and terrace on the main level.
Thank you Jason and your amazing team at Eagle’s Nest for the most amazing and delicious Thanksgiving lunch. Everybody was raving about the outstanding service and food (as usual) and we couldn’t be happier with how the lunch went. Elizabeth and Victoria were super wonderful to us. Our wedding day was everything we had imagined and hoped for! The weather even cooperated enough that we were able to capture some great photos outside. Everything was perfect from the room setup, to the outstanding service! We received so many compliments from our guests and let me tell you, my family is hard to please lol! A huge thank you goes out to Paul and Ewa who went above and beyond to make sure our day went as planned. Thank YOU Maggie for making sure that this day was able to happen. It was truly a dream come true!

Just wanted to say a massive thank you for Saturday! The entire Eagles Nest team was amazing and I want to especially highlight Ray... when the speeches/videos took a bit longer than I expected, Ray was fantastic in quickly executing the dessert at my request. I was so impressed! Eagles Nest has definitely been one of the best venues I've worked with; and one of the well-rounded teams I've seen. Hope to work with you again!
