TITLE – ASSISTANT OUTLETS MANAGER
STATUS – Full-Time
REPORTS TO: Outlets Manager and/or Director, Food & Beverage
DESCRIPTION:
- Assist in overseeing all Front of the House Food & Beverage activities within Eagles Nest Golf Club Inc.
- Implement and maintain quality standards for outlets, including supervision and direction of service staff – under direct supervision of the Outlet Manager
- Work closely with the Outlet Manager to stay current on the facilities events on a daily basis
- Organize and conduct pre-shift and departmental meetings communicating pertinent information to the service staff
- Attend and participate in weekly BEO (Banquet Event Meetings) as required
- Schedule and direct staff in their work assignments
- Interact positively with customers
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Front of House Food and Beverage etiquette
- Ability to train, service and be creative
- Resolve problems to the satisfaction of involved parties
- Supervise and review service to ensure consistent, superior food service quality
- Maintain profitability of outlet(s) to support overall facility operation
- Communicate goals and objectives and inspire employees to obtain these goals
- Ensure excellent customer service

QUALIFICATIONS:
- College Diploma – Hospitality focus
- Minimum 4 years in supervisory role
- Experience at properties of similar size and quality
- Thorough knowledge of Front of House Operations
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude

TITLE - BANQUET PREP COOK
REPORTS TO: Executive Chef
DESCRIPTION:
- Prepare food and maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen
- Communicate orally and in writing, ability to learn, take initiative, Plan, Organize and adapt
- Prepares, seasons, and cooks, (by appropriate method as specified and laid out by management) food products, ensuring proper cooking techniques are used and adhered too
- Make sauces as required (beurre blanc, tomato, and vinaigrette dressings)
- Marinate and store meat and fish
- Carry out specific duties as required by 1st cook, chef de partie, and chefs
- Maintain a positive and professional approach to everything that is done, including attitude towards fellow employees, management and guests.
- Anticipate misconceptions or confusions and correct them before they become problems.
- Share and get information in order to prevent problems.
- Use kitchen equipment, in proper manner, taking care not to abuse or misuse any of it
- Organize daily tasks.
- Plan and load trucks for transport.
- Operate kitchen equipment
- Report all malfunctions

DESCRIPTION:
- Prepare food and maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen
- Prepares, seasons, and cooks, (by appropriate method as specified and laid out by management) food products, ensuring proper cooking techniques are used and adhered too
- Performs his or her duties with the framework of business standards and procedures defined by the corporate management as well as within the framework of directives and regulations defined by the kitchen management
- Ability to learn, take initiative, lead, teach and develop, plan and organize, adapt, persevere, guest focus, judge, be punctual, appear professional, plan in advance
- Follow and complete tasks given out by senior cook
- Gather, wash, cut, cook, store, season, taste and present all food ingredients

TITLE – DISHWASHER/PREP COOK
STATUS – Full time
REPORTS TO: Food & Beverage/Outlets Manager/Executive Chef
DESCRIPTION:
- Operate dishwashers efficiently and responsibly to wash dishes
- Wash glassware and flatware
- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand when required
- Scour pots and pans
- Operate pot/ cutlery washing machines
- Clean and sanitize dishwasher mats, dish carts and dish racks
- Assist in receiving and stocking supplies/products
- Sort, stack and store all cleaned items in an organized and safe manner
- Ensure all breakages and chipped items are removed from circulation and inventoried
- General dish area maintenance including sweeping, mopping, organization and garbage removal
- Other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required

- Responsible for cleaning /maintaining cleanliness throughout the Clubhouse, including event and additional spaces
- Duties include, but not limited to: vacuuming, dusting, washing floors, cleaning washrooms, disinfecting high touch areas & light window cleaning
- Maintain, outdoor areas around the clubhouse when required in off-season: Duties include sweeping around front doors, replace litter bags in receptacles. January-March
- Ability to bend, lift 10-20 lbs & climb a small ladder as required
- Attention to detail & pride of workmanship required

- Perform day to day assignments in addition to lead duties including vacuuming, washing floors, wipe and disinfect high touch areas, and garbage collection
- Monitor employee productivity and provide suggestions to improve quality of work
- Ensure cleanliness of washrooms, outdoor space around the Clubhouse, offices, event & meeting spaces, and locker rooms
- Inspect facility to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
- Communicate Facilities Manager goals and objectives to inspire employees
- Enforce standards, practices, and policies with the guidance of the Facilities Manager
- Available to work late shifts
