Assistant Outlets Manager

DESCRIPTION:

• Assist in overseeing all Front of the House Food & Beverage activities at Eagles Nest Golf Club

• Communicate with event organizers prior to event execution ~ Wedding, Social and Corporate events ~ plan itineraries, floor plans, final guest counts, and conduct final meetings

• Manage assigned events ~ Wedding, Social and Corporate

• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Food and Beverage etiquette

• Ensure excellent customer service

• Implement and oversee Eagles Nest Golf Club service standards

• Supervision and direction of service staff

• Work closely with the Outlet Manager to stay current on events

• Conduct pre-shift meetings by communicating pertinent information to the service staff

• Attend and participate in department meetings as required

• Schedule and direct staff in their work assignments

• Interact positively with customers and staff members

• Resolve problems to the satisfaction of parties involved

• Ensure consistent superior food service quality

• Maintain profitability of outlet(s) lago, banquets, J&G’s Pub, Talon Grill

• Communicate goals and objectives and inspire employees

• This position is classified as safety sensitive, defined in accordance with our fit for duty program


QUALIFICATIONS:

• College Diploma, Hospitality

• Minimum 3 years in supervisory role

• Experience at properties of similar size and quality

• Thorough knowledge of Front of House Operations

• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude

• Smart Serve Certified

• First Aid Certified
