Develop annual marketing strategies and associated execution plans that align to ENGC corporate strategy and objectives
Create and implement content editorial calendars to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns
Support accountability by setting KPIs and tying company performance, compensation, and promotions to tangible results
Define and direct marketing programs for brand awareness, demand creation, lead generation, and interface with Sales for lead tracking and management
Effectively resolve efficiency issues across the marketing/sales and customer success functions
Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels
Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counterstrategies
Manage marketing budget
Attend applicable industry-specific conferences and various proven-effective online courses.
Social Media content creation and posting on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, etc. Report on social analytics.
Website updates
Digital Sign Display
Print/publishing experience, radio/TV, mass media buying.
Managing online accounts for Shopify, WeddingWire, Event source, WedLuxe, ReadyMag, etc.
Creation of marketing and in-house promotional material
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent education
A minimum of three (3) years professional hands-on experience developing and executing marketing concepts, strategy, and product services or product management; prior experience in advertising, media and/or subscription-based business a plus
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Jonas and is an asset
Experience with Google Analytics, MSOffice, and Canva
Knowledge and experience in digital marketing
Experience with Facebook Business Manager, and Google Ads.
Video, Photography and Graphic Design skills
